 * Hi,
    I want to give the access of specific plugin. I mean one of the plugin is
   just works on admin. So, can i do any setting from your plugin that SEO/editor
   or any user can access this plugin too without admin login.

 * It depends on how that other plugin handles capabilities. RUA allows you to permit
   and deny specific capabilities, even ones created and used by other plugins.
 * Other than that RUA does not has built-in functionality to grant access to specific
   plugins.
 * I hope this helps!
