[Plugin: Absolute Privacy] Possibility to restrict user to ONLY a certain wp-admin/url/ ?

Would it be possible for a non-Administrator user to be given permission to login via wp-admin/wp-login.php but ONLY be able to see the 1 or 2 plugin options pages he has permission to see (e.g. login to view certain form submissions)?
