[Plugin: Absolute privacy] modifying 'sender' in registration email

I want to alter the senders email address on the registration emails for the absolute privacy plugin to include an apostrophe. At the moment it uses the blog title and converts the apostrophe (that displays fine on the blog) into code ' which doesn’t very look good!

I’ve looked through the functions.php file, but not being a programmer can’t find the bit to edit. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
