We see that 6Scan interface has become much more intuitive and users use support form less frequently, which is rather pleasant result of our UI team.
But we do want to emphasize several things to keep in mind, when reporting a problem:
* If you are using our support form, please describe the problem you're having - some of the tickets we receive are empty, which is somewhat puzzling, especially when we see, that registration was completed successfully and the plugin downloads security signatures.
* If from some reason you can't install 6Scan, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , describing what error message you receive, including your domain name. If you suspect a conflict with another plugin, please mention it in your e-mail.
* When you're having a problem and for some reason you decide not to use support form, please remember mentioning your site domain name, so that we would be able to see its state within our system.
* If you are having a problem that wasn't there a few days ago, please tell us what was changed.
