 * Hello All,
 * I am trying to download a plugin and wanted to see if I could please get a little
   help. I have the plugin saved in a folder that I have. Can you tell me if I have
   the step below somewhat correct.
 * Downlaod plugin, Go to blogroll, then click import links, then click browse, 
   then chosse the file and downlaod.
 * Then it tells me to copy robots-meta.php to the plungs in directory of your blog.**
   Lost on this one **
 * Then it tells me to enable plugin in my admin panal, Would that be the dashboard.
 * That is all I need to get this up and running.

 * Well, I did do some reading and found that i need a FTP, went and downloaed filezilla,
   Now i neeed to find out how to use that and how to get that to my root.
