 * Hi everyone, i want to add plugins to my blog but I cannot do it, can anyone 
   help me with it? I do not have a plugin option in my dashboard

 * Are you using a self hosted version of WordPress or are you using a wordpress.
   com blog? If you are using wordpress.com you cannot use plugins as the functionality
   is limited. I hope this helps!
