 * I want to use a plugin only on a certain type of user (vip).
 * How can I do this? Hock in funtions.php? Can someone help me?

 * This isn’t really how plugins work. You can’t use or not use plugins ‘on’ a particular
   user in a generic way. Any available methods for changing a plugin’s behaviour
   for certain users would depend entirely on the plugin. You will need to contact
   the plugin’s author, or refer to its documentation, to see what’s possible.
