Pluggins for Font Size and Style in Twenty Eleven?

  • I haven’t found an easy way to modify fonts and sizes in Twenty Eleven. In the page editor there isn’t an option to change the font size. Are there any pluggins designed to help with this?

I’d also like to be able to control the size of the header image and text.

I’ve created a Child Theme, but haven’t been able to get my head around the css so looking for easier way!

    Thanks

  • I am having the same problem with the twenty eleven theme. The text selection dropdown in the kitchen sink does not work… I have reloaded the twenty eleven theme fresh and the problem remains. When you select heading 1 it bolds the text, other than that every text option does nothing!

There are font plugins but I worry if the basic fuctionality of the theme is not functioning…

install the “PC Custom CSS” plugin so you do your tweaks there without affecting the theme in case something goes wrong.
use google’s “inspect element” to find what css effects the elements so you can copy the style and paste in into the custom css and play from there.

font size is usually under Global settings in the css
    Heading is under “Branding”

Try tiny MCE and see if that helps the kitchen sink problem
