 * I have recently migrated a working websites from one server to another and after
restoring all the files and database, I am getting the following error”
    Warning:
Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at/
   home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-config.php:1) in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/
pluggable.php on line 1204″. I have researched and found many articles referring
to spaces either before <?php or ?> that need to be removed as per instruction
   found here : [http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F).
I have removed the spaces from the wp-config and pluggable files and saved them
   as “UTF-8” encoding.
 * This has not changed anything. I have disabled all plugins via database and still
issue persists. I cannot even login to the WP-Admin.
 * Can anyone please assist me. I have really tried all that I could find on the
forum but its not working for me.
