Plug-ins/ widgets works fine one other pages, except single blog posts

Hi, I’m trying to figure out why this is happening and how to fix it. can someone help me?

The widgets im using are wp popups, Q2W3 fixed widget and a floating social bar. it works fine on every page even on the latest posts page. but when i go to a post, i see that Q2W3 isnt sticky, no popup in the set time. social bar not interactive.

i would really appreciate some help.
