Plug-ins not working

    Under Admin I have added plug-ins and they show up under the Plug-ins tab and show active status but I don’t seem them when I go to view my site. I am brand new to WordPress and event bought the the Teach Yourself Visually WordPress Edition 3 but I am at a loss on how to fix this particular problem.

    Hi there,

    Well, plugins perform a variety of tasks (way too many to list). It depends on the plugins functionality of whether or not it shows on the website.

    What exactly is your question? Is there a plugin you have installed that is not doing something it should?
