It kept the shortcuts, but all of the images are gone. This will be an issue if we have to re-add everything every time there is an update! It just redirects me back to the page with the different effects. As plugins deactivate or update also can’t delete data. * If you facing error as using 5.00 later version kindly install and install latest version. I am using 5.3.2 version of wordpress, I see the note of Compatible up to: 5.2.5, it seems that is why it doesn’t work for me? I downloaded and bought the plug in on Friday. I added some test images, when I updated the plug in to 9.3.0 this morning the shortcuts were there, but all of the content was gone.
