Plug-in to manage a client community / secure ( bank details etc…)

I would like to find a simple way to allow people to register on my website and add/manager their bank account. I just need to have a client database very securized because people will add bank details on the website ( not make payement, just leave their bank details )
Here is the main features i need :
– Register / Login
– Client have their profil and can manage it ( edit name, adress bank details )
– Mailbox where their get message from admnistrator
– Mail notifications

This has to be very secure cause of their bank details.

Ps : Is there a system that can check/verify their bank account ?
