Plug in stopped working

Dear Alexgso,

We have done as you have instructed before we wrote to you. In fact we contacted godaddy and gaea theme author to see what the conflict was and they both instructed us to contact you and await what could be the problem.

1. Cleaned all caches, this is not a problem on my browser but all browsers of visitors around the globe.

2. We disabled all plugins, then enabled each one at a time and it is SiteOrigin page builder that makes our website spin/hang. As we said godaddy did the test and then quit after 2 minutes.

3. When we switch to another theme everything else works when we turn off siteorigin plug in.

Unfortunately the problem is with siteorigin page builder. We are eagerly waiting for a solution and we are prepared to share all access with you as we built the web pages around the this plug in and it is a big shame it suddenly stopped working when we upgraded to MySQL Maria 10.0 and WordPress 4.8.

Godaddy is also at our aid if you let us know what is causing the problem or how we can solve it.

Clarifying that when we change the theme and turned off the plug in, the website worked. When we activate the plug-in – the website once again hangs/spins (does not load)

So here is the reply from Godaddy Staff helper:

“The three-day server outage, June 10-12, triggered a Server optimization (by a Level 2 Engineer at GoDaddy) that was completed on June 22.

Following advice from both GoDaddy and our ‘Solutions Architect’ friend, MySQL was updated from v5.5 to Maria 10.031 on July 3.

No change to the Database, for which we’re seeking quotes from qualified System Administrators.”

Our memory has been boosted to the maximum but no luck.
