When I click on .css option, my site does show up correctly.
do you mean when unticking “optimize CSS”? or unticking “aggregate CSS”? have you tried excluding specific CSS as per the troubleshooting tips in the AO FAQ?

Thank you very much for your mail. After adding this, icons appears, but testimonial section become very large.
Also There are so many white space in product pages

all indeed, assuming at least that the main.css one is needed.

Well, here are some tips to improve further:
* don’t force JS in head in AO
* see if you can remove js/jquery/jquery.js from the list of JS optimization exclusions or ticking the “defer jQuery & excluded JS” in critical CSS’ advanded options and test if everything still works (making jQuery non-blocking can be a pain)
* experiment with the Google Fonts options in AO -> Extra
* install a page caching plugin

Does need any setting in this screen
Now I have 63 on mobile and 91 in desktop
But after removing google font, testimonial section became vertically wider while it should be sliding. Fonts are default i believe

After new updates of plugin, setup has changed and again back to low score. What is the best setting with new version. Thanks

Hmmm, might you have disabled the “inline & defer” option in Autoptimize?
Because there’s no sign of critical CSS in the HTML source and the CSS is not preloaded:
