Plug-In Search Bar Broken

Hi, I’m having a lot of trouble locating plugins that I want because my search bar doesn’t work at all. No matter what I type in it comes back saying “no results found”. Going through thousands of pages manually to search for what I want isn’t something I want to do. Please fix this issue!
