# Plug-in problem

 * Hi,
    I wonder if you could possibly help me please. I’m setting up a site which
   is being hosted by someone else for me on a Linux server. I’ve been told that
   I cannot download themes and plug-ins directly within the WordPress control panel(
   dashboard) as the server uses SFPT (rather than FTP).
 * I’ve been downloading themes to my computer and transferring them using Filezilla
   FTP so that isn’t a problem.
 * I’ve just installed the theme Virtue by Kadence themes 1.8.5 and it says to install
   the ‘Virtue Toolkit’ plug-in. As I can’t do it from within the control panel,
   I have tried to find it to download and then transfer across via Filezilla, but
   it doesn’t seem to be available anywhere to download. Looking at the files I 
   downloaded within the Theme originally, I can’t find it – unless I’m going mad!
   Does anyone know where I can find it and what it is actually for?

 * The zip file is actually located under `virtue/lib/plugins` if you wanted to 
   unzip and then FTP upload.

 * Thank you for getting back to me. I have found the zip file but it just won’t
   extract. Every time I try, a box shows:
 * “Do you want to copy this folder without encryption?
 * A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted.
 * virtue_toolkit
    Type: File folder
 * Yes Skip Cancel”
 * Whatever I do, I cannot extract it. I’ve tried lots of times to try and transfer
   the file with Filezilla but it just won’t extract and install.
 * Any ideas would be appreciated.
 * I’m a bit rusty with using WordPress as my last site was a couple of years ago.

 * I was still having problems installing even when unzipped, so I’ve tried another
   theme instead.
