Support » Plugin: Phoenix Media Rename » Plug-in not working at all

  • I just downloaded this plug-in but there is still no field available to edit file names. When I click “edit” on my media files, it shows me the file name but it’s not editable at all. Am I missing something? I also can’t change my media files to be viewed in a list format, which is what the tutorial asks me to do. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @direpairs,
it seems a problem due to a compatibility issue with your theme or another plugin, can you tell me which theme and active plugin are present on your site?

We are using a custom theme made by a developer.

These are the active plug-ins we have:

    ACF to REST API
    Add WPGraphQL SEO
    Advanced Custom Fields
    All-in-One WP Migration
    Custom Post Type UI
    Disable Gutenberg
    Email Log
    Gravity Forms
    Indeed Job Importer
    JAMstack Deployments
    Jetpack
    Phoenix Media Rename
    Safe SVG
    WP GraphiQL
    WP GraphQL
    WP Mail SMTP
    WP-REST-API V2 Menus
    Yoast SEO

    Thanks for your response

The problem is unlikely to be due to the theme, I don’t think your theme has script for the admin pages.

I created a test server with the same plugins (except Gravity Forms, which isn’t free) and everything is working, can you create a user for me, so that I can see the problem on your site? If you can create a user for me, write me at support@eurosoftlab.com, so we can communicate directly.

Pay attention: you are using some discontinued plugins, this can cause security issue on your site!

I will be away from office for two weeks, I will read emails whenever possible, but not every day, don’t worry if I don’t reply for a couple of days ^^

Thank you for reporting the issue.
    C.
