Plug-in not uploading files anymore

    This plug in worked perfect but for some reason it just stopped working all together.
    Problem:
    It will not upload any new files.
    After I add the file to be uploaded it shows the progress of it being uploaded in the bottom left corner, however when it’s finished, it directs me to the front of my website page.
    I then go back in under uploaded files and it’s no where to be found.
    I have fully removed the plug in and installed a fresh version but it’s still not working.
    Help!
