Plug In Not Showing Up in Admin Dashboard

    I am logged in as Admin on my wordpress dashboard and I am supposed to be able to see plug-in option under the Appearances option in the side menu of my dashboard.

    I am using a host as well where I will be installing my plug-ins.

    I am not sure why I can’t see my plug-in option as that is a major part of my web site development.
