Plug-in names and describtion doesn't appear

Hi guys. I downloaded a few plug-ins through word press but when I went to my plug in menu the plug-in names and descriptions doesn’t appear. It only wrote plugin and description. And also “
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_admin_url() in /home/discirve/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-campaignmonitor-addon/cf7-campaignmonitor.php on line 275″. Does any one know what that means? Thanks.
