# Plug-in installation problem

 * I am trying to activate a plugin through wordpress i have cpanel i think put 
   the right ftp details, like the username and pass they sended me and for the 
   host server my site with ftp at the front.To clarify i dont know much about FTP
   so i just logged into cpanel and they have already created an ftp account with
   the details i dont know if this is enough from the back-end side, but i get 6
   errors when trying to activate like this one “All in One WP Migration is not 
   able to create /home/chrislia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
   storage”. What should i do please help.

 * If WordPress is asking for FTP details when you attempt to install a plugin, 
   your hosting is not correctly configured and you should contact your host.
 * If your problem is activation errors for that one plugin, I recommend asking 
   at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/all-in-one-wp-migration#new-post](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/all-in-one-wp-migration#new-post)
   so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
