Plug in has Crashed

    Hello I have this plug-in installed on one of mt websites shortly after installed it crashed

    It will not deactivate or uninstall nothing works I did up date to 3.6.1 when exactly it crashed is not known but I would like to at LEAST be able to uninstall it below is what it shows when you try and uninstall it

    Table ‘bdx_ratings’ has been deleted.

    Setting Key ‘postratings_image’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_max’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_template_vote’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_template_text’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_template_none’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_logging_method’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_allowtorate’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_ratingstext’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_template_highestrated’ has been deleted.
    Setting Key ‘postratings_ajax_style’ has been deleted.
    Error deleting Setting Key ‘widget_ratings_highest_rated’ or Setting Key ‘widget_ratings_highest_rated’ does not exist.

    The uninstall looks ok to me. There is nothing else to do on your end, just delete the plugin folder.

    The plugin is still active when you click on deactivate it does nothing and unless you can deactivate it you cannot delete the plugin

    When you try to delete it you get a Message stating

    You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.

    just remove the folder using FTP not from the UI

    Hi Lester I went into my server under files and removed it no problem went back and reloaded a fresh copy version 1.74 and same thing broken I don’t think it works with WP 3.6.1 any idea when an up-date fix for the problem might be love the plug-in but there is no way I cannot up date my WP to many security issues

    I have a theme with several website loaded on it and the new up-date broke it the owners are very slow in up-dating will have to change the theme as I said 3.6.1 seems to have broken a lot of stuff ???

    any help ??

    I can confirm it works with WP 3.6.1. My live site is running on it http://lesterchan.net/wordpress/ as well as my dev site. It might be other plugin/themes that have broken it instead.

    I don’t know what does your broken/crash means, you didn’t explain it? The site doesn’t load? Gives a white page?

    If that is the case check your server error logs, you might run out of memory
