[Plug In: eShop] Having issues with checkout (Authorize.net)

  • I have set up the shop and routed payments through Authorize.net but each time I run a card it comes back declined (I have tried 3 so far). I’ve called them to make sure everything is set-up properly through their gateway and it is. They recommended that I contact the program admin to see what I’m missing.

    Has anyone run in to this issue?

    Also, do you know how to change the add to cart colors from the dark red?

    Are you certain the card details are actually valid.

    It is currently in live mode.

    Yes, I’ve tried two valid cards.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
