Plug in error blows out post.php pertion

    I posted earlier.

    Apparently, when I went to upgrade a plug in on 3/13, I hit the ‘back’button and it blown out the post.php portion of my wordpress.org. While I am waiting for the ISP company to restore my latest files, what else can I do?
