# Plug-in do not activate properly

 * I have download and install wordpress 1.52. I tried using different plugin including
   the default ones and some new download from other sites. I placed the required
   folder in plugin folder. Then I login admin interface and activate those plugin.
   Although it shows activated, nothing change to my site.
 * For your information, change of theme (at presentation section) have no problem.
   I am using win2003 as web server. Thank you!

 * Which plugin(s) are you activating? What kind of “changes” do you expect on your
   site? Many of the plugins add some additional menu in the admin interface and
   you have to make sure to adjust the settings…

 * I have tried deactive all other plugin but one in case they interfere each other.
   But no luck. Thanks!

 * I just try “Hello Dolly” again and it act as expected! However I am not sure 
   other plugin why don’t work..
