[Resolved] Plug in conflicts with Gravty Forms

    Hi,

    I have discovered that CSS & JavaScript Toolbox stops the form plug in Gravity Forms from displaying form entries in the admin interface.

    What this means is that GF stores every form input that a visitor has submitted and list them. When CSS & JavaScript Toolbox is active, all entries in these lists turn up with a blank page. If I turn CSS & JavaScript Toolbox off the entries return.

    This is not a fatal problem, since the entries are stored in the GF database anyway and can be made visible by turning CSS & JavaScript Toolbox off. But it would be a good idea to contact the developers of the GF plug in to rectify the problem. You don’t want conflicts with such a widely distributed plug, I can image.

    Thanks for the submission! It really helps a lot to discover more issues!

    This problem is internally related to JS Admin Error support ticket!

    The issue is now in the bugs queue, solved and being tested! We’ll release a new version with few fixes in the next days!

    We just released version 6.0.6 with few fixes and enhancements that should has this issue resolved.

    Please check it out and let use know if the issue is solved.

    Hi,

    this is great news. First reactions:

    • Gravity Forms: ta-daaa!, entries now display without problem. Excellent work! 🙂

    • It still takes like 30 seconds for the plug in to “load” when I click in the menu item in the admin menu. While not a big problem, it locks up my Safari (latest version on OSX) and I can’t surf with it or do anything. When I name a new Code block Safari gets blocked again. As I said not a big problem, but a tad annoying. Saving also takes time. Maybe the plug-in needs some sort of speed optimization.

    But the main issue was with Gravity Forms and it has been solved. It’s just great when plug-in developers are so swift and responsive to user input. Good luck in the future!

    Glad you got few issues resolved!

    I’m not sure of the issue you facing as we already tested the Plugin under latest Safari version running under OSX! However I’m going to investigate this again and again as this is an important case for users with the same case.
