# Plug in breaks

 * When I install plug in it breaks my site saying: “There has been a critical error
   on your website.
 * Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
 * I’ve tried installing it manually as well

   the inconvenience this has caused you.
 * ​Could you please try to manually download the plugin from our site and you may
   need to access the site files either via FTP or directly and browse to wp-content/
   plugins/ and then delete the popup-maker folder manually. After that, reinstall
   the plugin the normal way and let us know if that works now?
