plug in backup for online store

    Newbie here. I just had tables crash on a website that I host. It was resolved through my cpanel, but the domain owner was understandably worried by this. They would like to find a plug in to back up wordpress, and Ive been looking around at some of those. But the main question is: is a backup plug in the best solution for backing up the owners online store?
    Just want to ease this customers fears! Thank you so much!

    In the past, I’ve used WP-DB-Backup plugin.

    It works great and you can set it up to email you or store your tables (including non-wordpress ones) daily or weekly.

    I’ve since switched and now I’m using BackWPUp.
    It backsup the db but also the theme files, uploads, plugins, etc…
