Plug-in advice please – banner rotator

    Hello I am currently using a great advertising plug-in called ad rotate. unfortunately it seems to conflict with my varnish cache plug-in and weighs my site down. can someone recommend a similar plug-in that works with caching that I can rotate ads in different parts of my website? thank you.

    Pretty much any rotation type banner display won’t be friendly with Varnish. The idea behind Varnish is to cache your content before it loads WP, so you’re going to have what is, essentially, a static version of the site with only one ad :/

    Google Ads, which are using Javascript, work because they insert the JS and are, thus, dynamically called when the cached page loads. Your plugin would need to be able to use JS to generate the ad content, and then only insert said JS into the output of the page.
