    Hi,

I deactivated all plugins and the re-activated one-by-one, it seems that CPT UI is causing white space at the bottom of all pages of the site, that the footer scrolls past.

Building the page locally at the moment so unfortunately i don’t have a link.

    Thanks

Not quite sure what to suggest without being able to see what’s going on. That said, chances are it’s template related more than anything, since we don’t produce any frontend output specifically with the plugin’s code. We do get the post types and taxonomies registered, but that’s mostly it.

Yeah, that’s fair enough – i’ve attached a few screenshots.

I only have 2 taxonomies registered, no custom posts yet. Both Taxonomies have the same settings…

Kind of feels like potentially a CSS issue since that first screenshot has the footer area overlaying part of the sidebar. That said, the settings aren’t going to affect the theme and styling at all in any way. They’re used way before a template is even loaded.

I thought that too, but I cleared the additional css that I’d added and it still didn’t fix anything.

Still nothing I can suggest or point to that would affect this. There’s not a setting within CPTUI that you need to change to fix it. Without access to the site, I can’t provide any leads.

I fixed this and the reason it was happening makes me feel very foolish. One of the dropdown menu’s in the header was populated with CPTUI content, and was very very long – this was causing the page to allocate space for it – SMH at myself.

    Thanks for the help.

If I had a dime for every time I did foolish things…I’d be a 1-dollar-aire or so. Probably more, I lost count 😀

Glad you got it figured out.
