Hello,

I can’t get this plugin working.

I keep getting the following message:

Cannot display feed
Pls check if the Facebook page exists or not.

In settings for the facebook ID I have tried gocreatepreston and 318036661699883 but neither seem to work.

Help?

Can you check if the page is not private?

It is public, not private. Anyone can see it.

Pls make sure that there is no trailing whitespace after the name or the ID.. Also are you able to fetch other pages?

When I search FB for the page it shows as “places” not “pages”.

I don’t know if this makes a difference or not.

Also, I think it’s a custom URL http://facebook.com/gocreatepreston

I don’t seem to be able to fetch other pages either. For example https://www.facebook.com/intelligentlifemagazine

I get the same message.

I can get the page on my test install.. Can you try fetching the page webriti?

This is strange.. Maybe some problem with your server configuration? I can fetch all the pages on my local machine as well as on the test server.

I think it was the host I was using. 000webhost. I have now moved to a different host and it’s fine. Thanks.
