Hello Hannah. Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it. The problem is no email client is pulling the product images even if you set the image to Show in kadence settings, which was never an issue before. I believe it’s because the plugin has some outdated codes or something. We are using the latest WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP 8 environment.
I haven’t heard of others experiencing issues with images. I’ll check with the developer and see if he has any insight. Thanks for your patience!
What email client are you using that you can’t see the images? What error shows for the images when you inspect the link?
I tried Apple Mail client, Canary mail, regular Gmail web based email.
Plus the text in the header of the emails gets too close to the heading :New Order and such when I use Kadence customizer.
It doesn’t work as it used to. Maybe because we just completely overhauled our website and released a clean version: http://www.fleur-box.com

I can update it, I have an update scheduled soon. However, I don’t update just to update. If there is an issue I would be happy to fix it and that would cause an update 🙂 If there is no issue then I don’t generally update just because.
Perhaps, no one else cared enough to drop you a message here that’s why you didn’t hear from anyone else but me. I don’t really understand what you mean when you say that to be honest. This plugin worked fine when we had our website running an older version of php but surprisingly it stopped working properly when we switched to php 8. What a coincidence. Thanks for your support.
