 * Hi. I’m using WordPress 2.9.2 and on my dashboard it says WordPress 3.0 is available!
   Please update now.
 * How and what should I back-up before I click to update? Especially the mysql 
   database which I don’t know how to back up!
 * I’d greatly appreciate support on this concern because I don’t want to lose what
   I’ve developed.
