    thanks for your plugin but I have still the old problem.
    customer email issue for guest users.please at least add bulk delete customers. I have over 2700 guest customer and it’s take a long time to delete all of theme individually.

    Hi there,

    We actually do test extensively and this version was in the beta stage for more than a month before it was released. Our development blog included numerous blog posts about the updates and how to help us test it to help work out any last issues. See

    The problem you are encountering is actually the result of a bug introduced well before 2.6 was ever released. The 2.6 version simply made the bug more apparent.

    Basically it happens because there used to be a bug that permitted multiple customers to be attached to the same user account. This bug is no longer present and has been fixed.

    To resolve the issue for your customer, go to the Customers screen and enter “user: #” to locate the customers that share the same user account. Replace # with the ID of the user account.

    Once you have located the duplicate records, merge them together by moving all purchase records from one customer to the other and then deleting the customer that payments were removed from.

    That will resolve the issue.

    I updated a plugin to the latest version, but same problem.
    And I can’t change # customers with ID because I have too many discount codes and too many customers. I have to use old version unless you release a new update change all of these automatically.thanks.

    The number of discounts does not affect it, only the number of customers.

    How many customers are experiencing the issue?

    there is no problem with new customers, but
    I have over 2500 customers and the customers who bought just one time or more they can’t buy for second time that error appears because their email address saved in customers list.
    about the discounts codes:
    the discount codes is registered for users and their email addresses and in new version they can’t use the code because that error appears again.

    This will not be happening to every customer; it’s only going to happen to a very select few. For that reason, the steps I listed above will work to resolve the issue.

    The discount code issue will go away automatically once the duplicate customer record is resolved via the steps I listed above.

    I typed user: # in customers screen and it shows all 2670 my customers should I change all of them? how can I Replace # with the ID of the user account?

    Can you show me exactly what you searched? Don’t enter exactly user:#. You need to replace the # with the ID of the user account.

    For example, if your customer’s user account is 47, you would enter user:47.

    I’m totally confused.
    let me tell you first I use EDD without user registration and all customers are guest users.
    second, I know where is customer ID but where can I replace # with ID?
