I have been meaning to prepare the plugin for localization. I have a few requests now, so I will try to find the time to do it soon. I will notify you when it’s ready.

That sounds great! I would provide German translations if translation if enabled on translate.wordpress.org.
OK, I am currently preparing the plugin for translation. I am doing it from scratch, since there is also a new feature (downloadable statistics) with new text to translate. I will include Chritchan’s French translations. I will update this topic when it is ready, and you will be able to go to translate.wordpress.org and do your translation.

I just checked your GitHub repository. Note that there’s no need to include the language files in your plugin, as WordPress will automatically get them from translate.wordpress.org if they are available there.
OK, everything appears to be set up. You can now contribute translations to Search Meter at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/search-meter
Let me know if you have any questions. Currently, translations have to be reviewed by a WP editor. I can organise adding you as an editor for your locale if you want.
