 * Hi,
 * When i try to add a giftcard to my shopping cart i’m getting this message: ‘Please
   select a template’. Templates are not visible on the productpage like they are
   in the screenshot here. I selected a template in the backend. I refreshed cache
   also and did every step setting up a woocommerce product. What could be the problem?

 * We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to add the gift card to the cart as 
   expected. This might be due to a compatibility issue with the theme or page builder
   you’re using. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide the
   following details:
    - The **WooCommerce System Status Report** (found under WooCommerce → Status
      → Get System Status Report).
    - The **URL to the product page**, so we can test it directly.
 * Additionally, we recommend switching to the **Storefront **theme temporarily 
   to check if the issue persists. This will help us determine if the problem is
   theme-related.
