    Yes, the plugins work with any plugins and themes and you can hide everything. Also works on WPEngine hosting, we have many customers using it. Keep in mind that, the WPEngine runs on full-stack Nginx, so the required plugin rewrites can be deployed through their live help support.

    I am already using Wordfence Security and you are also a security service. Is there any chance of conflict between Wordfence and WP-Hide?

    The WordFence Security code provides a different type of security, so the plugins will not conflict with each other.
