Please remove the H1

    Hi Jonas,

    pretty good plugin, thanks for sharing it! But, could you please remove the H1-Tag from <h1 class="assistive-text"></h1> ? It’s not good SEO practice to have two or more H1 on one page and the H1 should be reserved for the page title.
