 * I love the plugin but I do not want/need a persistent admin bar item.
 * Any chance you could have this as an optional setting?

 * Same here, I love this plugin, but now I have to disconnect on all my sites.
   
   I don’t want my clients getting a warning like “you don’t have the rights” :((
   so PLEASE remove in Admin Bar or make it so that I can disconnect useing “Adminimize”.
