  • I have installed a test and get the following error several times: “Undefined index: _give_amount in /home/content/15/10073015/html/DKM2/wp-content/plugins/give/includes/payments/functions.php on line 1766”

    Is this a known bug?

    Hi @webmachine

No, we don’t have any users reporting that issue at all. Here’s some suggestions:

    1) Try deleting the plugin via FTP completely, then download it from here and unzip it and upload the whole plugin via FTP. This is just to make sure that you have the entire plugin fully installed on your server in case anything went weird during the normal installation process.

    2) If that doesn’t change anything, deactivate ALL other plugins. If it then works correctly, re-activate each plugin one by one until you encounter the problem again. Tell us which plugin caused the conflict and we’ll dig into it.

    3) If it still doesn’t work as expected after deactivating ALL other plugins, keep them deactivated and switch your theme to Twenty Fifteen. If the problem goes away, send us a link to your theme via our Contact Form and we’ll dig into your theme to see if we can replicate the problem and provide a fix.

Thanks for your response. I will try option #1.

I have no other plugins activated or installed at the moment, because I am just testing your plugin to see if it is suitable for the client’s needs.

And I am testing it on a fresh install of the latest WordPress version using the theme Twenty Fifteen. I have no other themes in the installation.

I really like this plugin, and I think it will be perfect for the site I’m developing.
Just one question – the featured image is bitmapped, despite me using a 800px image…?

@jharbourne – you should create your own support topic rather than adding onto this one. Anyhow, it looks like you set the 300×300 image size for your featured image:×300.jpg

    Which theme is that?

I do apologise, you’re right, I should have started a new support topic.
(I’m not sure now whether I’m supposed to reply to this message here…?)

The theme I’m using is Themetrust Create.

I increased the size of the picture to 1600x1600px.
When I select the Featured Image in GIVE, it doesn’t give me any options for the resolution of the image, and it’s still coming out bitmapped. Somewhere, it’s auto setting the resolution to 300px…
