    The Other Notes documentation at https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-facebook/other_notes/ contains a section about “Debugging and Problem Solving”. Please read through it and see if you can find the cause of your issue (most issues are caused by poorly coded themes and/or plugins).

    If you are still having problems, I will need three things to help you:

    1) The URL to an example Page or Post showing the problem.

    2) A description of the problem, so I can recognize it when I see it.

    3) Check the “Add Hidden Debug Info” option on the Advanced settings page.
