 * Please take the following steps before posting a support ticket:
    1. Read [Phlox documentation and FAQ](http://support.averta.net/en/e-item/phlox-wordpress-theme/?utm_source=wporg&utm_content=wporg_support_forum).
    2. Make sure you are using the latest version of **Phlox theme** and [Phlox core Elements](https://wordpress.org/plugins/auxin-elements/#description)
       plugin.
    3. Try to deactivate all plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate
       each plugin individually until finding the cause. 
        Also, on your WordPress 
       root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of `WP-DEBUG` to true 
       temporary, in order to trace any error on your website.
    4. If the problem still persists, please [check Phlox support forum](http://support.averta.net/en/item/phlox/?utm_source=wporg&utm_content=wporg_support_forum)
       and [submit a ticket by this form](http://support.averta.net/en/topic-form/?ids=34922&utm_source=wporg&utm_content=wporg_support_forum)
