New questions are unlikely to be answered very quickly and duplicate questions won’t be answered at all. This includes requests for general technical help, so please try to find your answer in the hundreds of existing support threads.

Most new questions are about theming and customisation. This requires you know something about HTML, CSS and WordPress filters. Theming documentation is the plugin notes, but if you need technical help with styling, you will do better to ask in a general WordPress forum.

Other common questions are about Twitter API authentication. If you need help with your application settings you will do better to ask in the Twitter forum.
