I am trying to warn people about SeedProd as quickly as possible. All I can really say is my perspective of what happened.

    1. Ask for help from SeedProd to fix an issue with how the them builder was working.
    2. Back and forth with someone from support
    3. Set them up an admin login and wait a while for things to happen
    4. Come back after getting an email referencing my “live site” and panic-check to make sure it is NOT live.
    5. The site is live and I didn’t do it!
    6. Ask if this is normal procedure
    7. Seedprod denies doing it
    8. I have to look up how to publish a site to make sure I didn’t do it
    9. Find out that it’s not so easy to accidentally publish a site (Unless maybe you were poking around trying to fix the thing and might have removed the WP “coming soon” page to see if that helped)
    10. Talk to Seedprod customer service and again, they deny any possible responsibility

I was panicked, but understanding about the accident, but for them to try to cover it up like nothing happened… (gaslighting anyone?)

This warning is mainly for companies that may have intellectual property they wish to protect. However, I also hope that this MAJOR SECURITY VIOLATION concerns typical users that may look into SeedProd’s free offerings.
