Hi,

I would like to consult, or validate a model for wordpress multisite.

1. What is the best approach to multisite when it comes to plugin management. We are thinking of having a “plugin base”, and these are all the plugins available to the network.

2. What is the best approach in providing themes?

2.1 is bootstrap a good framework in themes development?

3. Development wise, is it alright to have a multisite running on version control like svn?

4. How susceptible is multisite in a dev-staging-live environment.
