Please make the end of the text summary clickable

The home page shows a short summary of each post which ends up with […]. Visitors who want to read more would probably want to click on these […] or may not understand that there is more to read than this (if it happens to be the end of a sentence).

Could you please make this ending customizable (changing it to “Read More”, for example), or at least make this “[…]” clickable so that visitors don’t have to look for where to click to keep reading?
