Please, make all strings in /tpl/admin/help translatable

I work on translation of Loco Translate in Bulgarian https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/bg/default/wp-plugins/loco-translate/

But I found many strings in help files that are not enclosed with <?php esc_html_e(‘…’,’loco-translate’)?> like others and could not be translated with Loco Translate.

Please, make all strings translatable.
