# Please How do I fix this error?

 * So I moved my site to a new server and all was fine until I made my first post
   yesterday and suddenly my site went down and when i try isiting I get this error.
 * ‘Warning: require_once(/home/otownloa/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php):
   failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/otownloa/public_html/wp-content/
   themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_global.php on line 548
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/otownloa/public_html/
   wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’)
   in /home/otownloa/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_global.

 * The key here is “Permission denied”. Check the permissions on wp-content/themes
   and all subdirectories. The should be owned by the same user that runs the PHP
   process and secured as 755 (directories) and 644 (files).
 * If that doesn’t make sense, please contact your host’s tech support.
