 * I put some unneccessary code through wp-admin into functions.php and now cannot
   access neither wp-admin nor my website. Do you have an idea can I get to the 
   code and change functions.php? My hosting is sql

 * ill assume this is the function.php of your theme. Get a fresh copy of the theme
   and unzip it on your pc, the. Use an FTP program or your cPanel’s file manager
   and replace the bad version of function.php with the fresh copy

 * Thanks for your reply. The problem is that I cannot use FTP, it says that the
   program cannot connect to the server. And when it comes to admin panel of my 
   hosting SQL, I have difficulties in finding fucntion.php there to introduce the
   neccessary changes.

 * through the admin panel you should have access to ftp. Most of hostings have 
   this function inbuilt. If not, search there how to connect through ftp client
